Returned items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Free of any scents, marks, or damage
Have all original tags attached
In their original, undamaged packaging
🚫 Ineligible Returns
Items returned used, without tags, or in damaged packaging will be rejected and sent back at your expense.
🛍 Final Sale Items
All items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased from our Clearance section are not eligible for return or exchange.

All issues regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds must go through our internal process by using the “Start a Return or Exchange” option below.
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
Confirm that your item is brand new, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
Items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back to you at your expense.
Once your return is approved, we will issue:
A store credit in the form of a gift card, or
An exchange, based on your preference and item availability.
To protect the integrity of your return:
Do NOT place shipping labels directly on the product packaging.
Use outer packaging such as:
A plain poly mailer
A paper envelope
A plain cardboard box
Avoid using Priority Mail packaging unless your return label is for Priority Mail.
